Now that we have completed our day of celebration. Our day where we appreciate our forefathers’ victory over government oppression. One thing must be remembered.
We are the most free nation on the planet.
But…
That does not mean we remain ignorant to our rapidly eroding freedoms.
Our fathers’ fight for freedom continues.
The revolt against tyranny and oppression has not ended.
Tyranny is always waging war against liberty. Like the perpetual struggle between good and evil.
Oppression is a vice of government, forever a tantalizing desire. Those in positions of power are ALWAYS seduced by capability to violate those beneath them in capacity, station, and circumstance.
The Tools of Tyranny
Tyranny and evil are, the both of them, the most patient of foes. They seek victory through slow erosion of fortitude, discipline, and willpower. They are constantly bombarding their targets with temptations through convenience. The seven deadly sins are sins most often born from weaknesses of vigilance, integrity, and discipline and evil and tyranny capitalize on the short moments of weakness in our most trying times. Time is on the side of these forces, as everyone goes through difficulty, and everyone’s difficulty is different, and everyone’s threshold for suffering is different, and everyone’s capacity for suffering is different. Meaning, statistically, tyranny and evil gain power and efficacy through consistent, prolonged, widely delivered inconvenience.
In order to fight tyranny and evil we all need space.
Space to process.
Space to explore.
Space to explore our honest desires.
Space to explore our beliefs.
Space to explore our souls.
Space to explore our relationships.
Space to imagine.
Space to create.
Space to love.
Space to build.
Space to grow.
The Modern Era is the playground of tyranny and evil.
What does this mean for you, and I?
To better be equipped for shrugging off the temptations of evil and tyranny we are all behooved to improve our own capacity and capability.
We must become stronger.
We must become healthier.
We must become financially secure.
We must toil, each and every day, towards building lives for ourselves where we can afford to be present.
We must create space. We must create our own space. We must push aspects of our lives away from ourselves.
We must push away the aspects of our lives that are not serving our desired futures.
After creating our own space, it’s time to start working.
Most fail. Most catastrophize over the amount of work this requires. Most cannot see the path forward, the light at the entrance of the cave, for the fog of time and their never committing years toward a singular goal mudding their view.
Trust that the entrance IS there. The goal is there.
Just because you cannot see it on the horizon, does not mean it does not exist.
It also may not be directly in front of you.
But it IS there.
Expect that it will take you a few years.
Two Christmas’.
Three birthdays.
That’s a sacrifice that’s worth gaining the bandwidth to resist evil and tyranny.
Every American that starts now adds momentum towards a true revitalization of a proper United States of America.
Start now. Even if it’s 1 hour a day to begin with.
Start now.
Even if you’re tired and the dishes need to be done. They’ll honestly only take 15-20 minutes.
Start now.
Future you needs you to start now.
Start now.
I recently published my first book discussing this topic further. It is now available on Amazon here.
Nice read Mike. Points are well taken.
